For 玉米视频 Club Council Co-Sponsorship (aka if you are asking for RHA and 玉米视频 Club Council for funding) you must follow the Event Check list as specified on the 玉米视频 Club Council website . Organizations should be submitting the 玉米视频 Club Council fund request and RHA fund request at the same time.
An 玉米视频 University pcard must be used to purchase any items sponsored by RHA. The advisor/Community DIrector of the student must submit聽Grant Completion form with the purchase receipt in within 48 hours of purchase. Advisors/Community Director will be provided the appropriate worktags to reconcile the purchase on Workday.聽Events sponsored must have the RHA logo on promotional material.
